The GOOD webinar series is back, featuring even more rising stars of the Ga2O3 world!
We have another fantastic line of speakers promising epic discussions: Iuliia Zhelezova, Dave Rogers, Jacqueline Cooke, Dhanu Chettri, Sierra Seacat and Hartwin Peelaers.
The first session will be from Iuliia Zhelezova (University of Helsinki) presenting on “Vacancy defects in as-grown/proton irradiated and UID/Si-doped β-Ga2O3 single crystals“.

E-MRS Fall 2023
David and Mugove were at European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) 2023 meeting in Warsaw. Lots of interesting discussions on defect characterization, methodologies, and promising applications for Ga2O3.
